Good to eat in hot conditions. |
MATERIALS:
Cassava 500gm (like actually follow)
3 pieces of red onion
3 pieces of garlic
5 stalks dried chillies
2 stalks of curry leaves
Fenugreek plus (option)
A handful of Anchovy
1 teaspoon curry powder (option)
3 tablespoons of grated coconut
Salt and sugar to taste
Fried onions
HOW TO:
- Tapioca peeled, trimmed and cleaned. Boil until soft.
- Sauté onion and garlic until wilted. Enter a plus fenugreek, curry powder, curry leaves and dry chillies. Saute continue.
- Enter a boiled potato and grated coconut. Stir well. Season with salt and sugar.
- Finally add the fried anchovies earlier. Stir well. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions.
