PUDING ROTI (Bread pudding)

Simple and appetizing menu.

The first step:
500 ml fresh milk / fresh milk
10 slices of bread (Gardenia / high 5) - rub the butter and diced.

Very tasty at all.

Step two:
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Custard sauce - optional
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 s / b custard powder
  • 2 s / b sugar
 
If you want to eat, wait for cool down.

HOW TO: 
  1. Destroy / tear the bread and soak in milk 1/2 hours 
  2. Stir and mix the material B. 
  3. Bake in 180'C temperature for 30 minutes / 40 minutes until cooked. 
  4. Mix the custard sauce ingredients and cook on low heat for a while home brew. 
  5. Pour sauce over pudding when serving.
